Fan Lake at Horseshoe Park, Rocky Mountain National Park

Chapin Mountain (left of center) reflected in Fan Lake. Fan Lake was created when 29 million gallons of water escaped from Lawn Lake On July 15, 1982 creating an alluvial fan that dammed up Fall River creating this lake.
